Pacific NW Fertility’s respected team and advanced practices have made us a chosen partner of many patients from out state, including patients from Alaska, California, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Vancouver, BC. 

 

Before you begin fertility treatment at Pacific NW Fertility, you and your partner can expect to have many laboratory and clinical assessments performed, which can be set up and handled via your local office, which will then provide records and results to our clinic. You will then be scheduled for a telephone appointment with one of our physicians to discuss your options in further detail, as well as a call with one of our coordinators to answer any questions you may have about the process. With the help of your local office, the Pacific NW Fertility coordinator will guide you through the process from start to finish. Team members from other areas of our clinic can also be available via phone, including embryology, andrology and financial counseling. For more detailed information about the process, time and commitment for specific treatments, such as IVF, please call to speak to Mitzi Hardy, our Patient Coordinator – 206-515-0000.

Because of our central location in downtown Seattle, Washington, there are numerous surrounding hotels, restaurants, and facilities for our out of state patients. Below is a list of the hotels closest to Pacific NW Fertility – however, most any downtown Seattle hotel would be convenient to our clinic by car or cab transport. 

 

Rates vary between hotels. Some hotels have special “medical or Swedish Hospital” rates – let them know you are staying over for medical treatment. The Silver Cloud has special corporate rates – please let them know that you are a patient at Pacific NW Fertility. Take I-5 north to the Madison Street exit. Turn right onto Madison Street and follow it past Boren Avenue. At the next light after Boren turn right on Minor & take another right into the parking garage.

 

Take I-5 south to the James Street exit, staying in the left lane of the exit ramp. Turn left onto James Street and come underneath I-5 proceeding up the hill to Boren Avenue, turn left on to Boren Avenue, and then turn right onto Marion Avenue. The parking garage is on the left.

 

From the 520 floating bridge take I-5 South and proceed into downtown Seattle. Follow the "From the North" directions. From the I-90 floating bridge take I-5 North and exit at Madison Street. Follow the "From the South" directions.
