We realize that fertility treatment can be a significant financial undertaking. Infertility treatment may or may not be covered by your insurance. We encourage you to fully understand your healthcare benefits prior to initiating treatment so that you can make informed choices about the treatments recommended by your physician. Cycle Plus Refund Plan
Pacific NW Fertility is now offering Cycle Plus Refund Plan, which may assist some patients by providing flexible financing options.
The IVF Refund Plan provides a percentage refund of in-cycle expenses, if a pregnancy sustained through the first trimester (12 weeks) does not result. This program applies only to those patients for whom IVF is medically indicated. The IVF Refund Plan is applicable to those individuals utilizing egg donation, but not in situations requiring a gestational carrier.
With the Option 2 Plan, for a one time fee patients are provided a complete in-vitro fertilization cycle, including embryo transfer, with the option of a second complete IVF cycle if the first cycle is not successful. This plan also includes the transfer of cryopreserved (frozen) embryos within the 12 month period of the plan (this plan is not applicable for patient using an egg donor or gestational carrier). Please note – this Plan must be approved by the physician, and the patient has to meet certain medical criteria in order to participate in these 2 cycles.
