Our Laboratory Team

Our embryologists and laboratory personnel have over 30 years of combined laboratory experience. Cindee and Amin Khabani lead our team of skilled embryologists and laboratory staff.

Cindee Khabani, BS, ELD  
Laboratory Director

• Pacific Lutheran University graduate in Biology & Chemistry
• Worked over 15 years at Swedish Medical Center Reproductive Technology before co-founding Pacific Northwest Fertility and IVF Specialists in 2005
• Certified Embryology Laboratory Director from the American Board of Bioanalysis
• Member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the American Association of Bioanalysts
• One of the few Embryology Laboratory Directors in the country who works as a “hands on” embryologist

Amin Khabani, BS, ELD  
Embryology Laboratory Director

• University of Washington graduate in Molecular and Cellular Biology
• Led the University of Washington’s Fertility and Endocrine Center as their Embryology Laboratory Director
• Served as the start up Embryology Laboratory Director for Seattle Reproductive Medicine, before co-founding Pacific Northwest Fertility and IVF Specialists in 2005
• Certified Embryology Laboratory Director from the American Board of Bioanalysis
• Member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the American Association of Bioanalysts
• Over 20 years of experience in Clinical Embryology

Anna Park, MS, TS  
Clinical Lead Embryologist

• Colorado State University graduate with a bachelor's degree in Biology followed by a master's in Zoology
• Began training in Andrology at Virginia Mason’s Center for Fertility & Reproductive Endocrinology
• Joined the original laboratory team at Pacific NW Fertility and IVF Specialists when it opened in 2005
• Certified as a Technical Supervisor in Andrology
• Member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the American Association for Bioanalysts

Lisa Love, BS, TS  
Laboratory Supervisor

• University of Washington graduate with a bachelor's degree in Developmental Biology
• Certified Technical Supervisor through the American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB)
• Clinical Embryologist, Andrologist, Endocrine Tech Began training in Andrology at PNWF in early 2006, followed by Embryology training in late 2010
  Member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine
• Member of the American Association for Bioanalysts. Member of Seattle Tacoma Area Reproductive Society

Michelle Kosciow, BA
Lead Clinical Andrologist, Junior Embryologist, and Endocrine Technician

• University of Washington graduate with a bachelor's degree in Zoology
• Began training in Andrology at Swedish Medical Center’s Reproductive Technology Laboratory
• Part of the original laboratory team at Pacific NW Fertility and IVF Specialists when it opened in 2005
• Began Embryology training in 2008
• Member of Seattle Tacoma Area Reproductive Society

Holly Madsen 
Lab Program Coordinator

• Holly has been in the medical field for the past 12 years
• Previously worked at Swedish as a Patient Service Representative and Valley Breast Center as a Biopsy/Patient Coordinator
• Having experienced infertility herself, in the past, Holly brings a wonderful level of compassion and understanding

Sara Fisher, BS
Endocrine Tech

• University of Washington graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Biology 
• Member of the Seattle Tacoma Area Reproductive Society
• Joined the team at PNWF as a Patient Care Coordinator in 2014 and specialized as a Genetic Testing Coordinator in 2015 
• Previously worked as a laboratory technician in a molecular diagnostics laboratory                                                     

Cayla Boisseranc, BS
Clinical Andrologist, Endocrine Tech

• Gonzaga University graduate with a bachelor's degree in Biology
• Joined the PNWF team as an endocrine tech and andrologist in May 2013
• Member of Seattle Tacoma Area Reproductive Society
