Our Services
At Pacific NW Fertility, our empathetic team members will be by your side at every step, presenting options, providing support, and helping you make informed choices about your treatment.
Our Services
Evaluation & Diagnosis
Evaluation with a fertility specialist at Pacific NW Fertility will involve a detailed intake at the first visit in which the patients review their history in detail.
LGBTQ+ Families
We are proud to work LGBTQ+ families, including female couples, male couples, and individuals of all genders on their path to parenthood.
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
IUI (intrauterine insemination) is a simple procedure in which a carefully prepped sperm collection is placed in the uterus when the patient is most fertile.
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)
Pacific Northwest Fertility is a recognized leader in IVF. We offer the most advanced treatments and technology with a truly personalized approach to care. We offer several approaches to IVF, including Minimal Stimulation IVF, IVF with chromosomal screening, and ICSI fertilization.
Genetic Testing (PGD, PGS)
When genetic health concerns may be an issue, Pacific NW Fertility is proud to offer the most advanced diagnosis and screening techniques available. We offer genetic screening for potential parents and donors and we’re able to test embryos for genetic abnormalities that may occur within initial development.
Surrogacy
Gestational carriers, sometimes called surrogates, help patients build their families. These carriers go through a full screening process before they are matched with the intended parents. Subsequently, a genetically unrelated embryo is transferred into the carrier’s uterus.
Donor Egg Program
The PNWF has a comprehensive and extremely successful donor egg program, which includes the SIMPLIFY Donor Egg Bank as well as a fresh Donor Egg Program.
Egg Freezing / Fertility Preservation
The PNWF Center for Fertility Preservation offers the most advanced fertility preservation options for both men and women, including egg freezing, sperm freezing, and embryo cryopreservation.
Donor Sperm
Choosing to use donor sperm for intra-uterine insemination (IUI) or in vitro fertilization (IVF), enables pregnancy in women who are single or in same-sex relationships. It is also a treatment of choice for couples with severe, untreatable male factor infertility, or in the cases when the male carries a hereditary disease that he doesn’t wish to pass on.
Men’s Reproductive Health
Men’s reproductive health is an important part of the fertility evaluation. Up to 50% of couples struggling with infertility will have a male factor. A semen analysis is an essential step in the initial workup, and results may guide recommendations for treatment.
Single Parenting
Our comprehensive Center for Collaborative Reproduction provides access to donor sperm, donor eggs, and gestational carriers (aka surrogates), depending on your needs.
Surgery
Fertility surgery can be an important part of optimizing care for our PNWF patients. Most procedures are minimally invasive and are performed in an outpatient which allows you to recover comfortably in your own home.
