After attending medical school at the University of Washington, she completed both her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Magee-Womens Hospital. During her time at Magee, she received extensive training in both basic and complex infertility evaluation and management, in vitro fertilization, complex hysteroscopy, and medical ethics.

Dr. Rothenberg is passionate about fertility preservation, as well as providing compassionate and comprehensive LGBTQIA+ fertility care. Much of her research has focused on fertility preservation for transgender patients prior to transition, with publications in the New England Journal of Medicine and Pediatrics.

She grew up in Eastern Washington, attending high school in Richland, WA, after which she graduated from the University of Idaho. Dr. Rothenberg and her spouse met while in medical school. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, travel, cooking, floral arrangement and photography (her mini doodles, Brooks and Sage, are the most frequent subjects).

Every fertility journey is unique, and my goal is to find a personalized approach that fits your needs, giving you the best chance of success possible!
