Start your family with Simplify
For many people, donor eggs make parenthood possible. Simplify Egg Bank combines a carefully screened donor pool with the fertility expertise of Pacific Northwest Fertility, giving you the support and technology you need at every step.
Whether you're just beginning to explore donor eggs or you're ready to move forward, we're here to help. We work with both PNWF patients and outside fertility clinics.
Are donor eggs right for me?
People choose donor eggs for many reasons, including diminished ovarian reserve, previous IVF challenges, genetic considerations, or because they do not have eggs of their own.
Donor eggs may also be part of family building for male couples, individuals without eggs, and people who need a gestational carrier.
Your care team can help you understand whether donor egg treatment is right for you.
Find a donor who fits your family
Simplify’s diverse donor database gives you the opportunity to explore donors based on information that matters to you, including medical and family history, genetic screening, physical characteristics, and personal details.
All Simplify donors complete comprehensive screening before becoming available to intended parents.
How Simplify Works
Explore the Simplify donor database and select a donor with the guidance of your care team.
Once you've selected a donor, your eggs are reserved and the necessary paperwork is completed.
The eggs are thawed and fertilized with sperm in Pacific Northwest Fertility's embryology laboratory. If you're working with an outside clinic, we'll help coordinate shipping of sperm to our facility. Our embryology team monitors embryo development as the fertilized eggs develop toward the blastocyst stage.
We will guide you through the next steps, including embryo transfer and any additional testing or treatment recommended for you. If you're a patient at PNWF, we'll work with your care team. If you're working outside of PNWF, we'll help coordinate embryo shipping back to your clinic.

Why use frozen donor eggs?
Simplify uses vitrification, an advanced method of rapid freezing, to preserve donor eggs for future use.
Frozen donor eggs offer flexibility that can simplify the coordination of egg donation. Donors don’t need to synchronize their cycles with intended parents, and eggs can be retrieved and preserved before a family is ready to begin treatment.
When the time comes, eggs are carefully thawed in PNWF’s embryology lab and fertilized to develop embryos.
Backed by a network of support
Choosing donor eggs can bring big questions—medical, practical, financial, and emotional. At Simplify Egg Bank, you have an experienced team to help you navigate them.
Our physicians, nurses, embryologists, and care team work together throughout your treatment, from choosing your donor through embryo development and transfer. And if you're working with an outside fertility clinic, we'll provide support and seamless communication every step of the way.
