Our Blastocyst Guarantee

Simplify offers three blastocyst guarantee programs, providing additional options and reassurance for intended parents.

2 Blastocysts Guarantee

This option guarantees at least two blastocysts that are of high quality, which are embryos that have reached the level of maturity for transfer into the uterus.

1 Euploid Blastocyst Guarantee

This option uses PGT-A testing to ensure that you have at least one euploid blastocyst that suitable for transfer.

2 PGT-A Blastocyst Guarantee

This option offers an additional euploid blastocyst that is suitable for transfer. This cycle is recommended for intended parents working with a gestational carrier.

Donors are evaluated according to medical, genetic, psychological, and other program criteria before they are accepted into the program. Simplify strives to offer a diverse donor community, giving intended parents a range of backgrounds, characteristics, and personal histories to consider.


For donors, that means having an experienced fertility team guiding them through the process. For intended parents, it means having meaningful information to consider when choosing a donor.

Rooted in embryology expertise

A successful donor egg journey starts with a world-class embryology lab.


Pacific Northwest Fertility's embryology team brings specialized experience to the development of embryos, from thawing donor eggs through fertilization and embryo culture. Advanced laboratory techniques, including optional preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A), may be used as part of an individual's treatment plan.


Our lab also uses Zymot sperm selection technology, a microfluidic device designed to help select motile sperm for use in fertilization. This technology is one of the advanced tools available to support the embryology team's approach to creating embryos.

Our donors are carefully screened and meet the highest standards for physical, genetic, and mental health.

Our lab only freezes high quality blastocysts that have developed to day 5 or 6 of maturity. These are embryos that have reached the level of maturity for transfer.

We require a normal semen analysis within the past year or the use of donor sperm.
