All classes will be meeting via Zoom, and will be recorded in case you have to miss a class.
About the classes:
My Yoga for Fertility classes address body, mind and spirit, optimizing your ability to conceive and paving the way for a healthy pregnancy and birth. Anyone currently trying to conceive is welcome, whether trying naturally, or using assisted reproductive techniques. The class environment is small and interactive, and all experience levels are welcome.
