PNWF 2020 Cycle
What is Aneden Gives?
Aneden Gives is a non-profit foundation that provides grants to patients for fertility care. It was started by a former infertility warrior, Olu Fagberimo, who wanted to give back to the community.
What are the grants available to PNWF patients?
In the 2020 cycle, we are awarding two grants of $7,500 and two grants of $5,000 for fertility care. This can be for low-tech treatment or IVF costs.
When is the grant application period?
Applications can be submitted from August 1st-31st, 2020. Grant recipients will be notified if they have been chosen in October.
What are the qualifications for patients to apply?
Patients must be receiving care at PNWF. The family must have a combined total annual income of less than $150,000 and must not have infertility insurance coverage.
What is the grant application process?
Patients will complete a grant application online. They will sign a medical release, provide recent tax filings and consent to a background check. PNWF will provide a medical summary to the board of directors, who will assess and score each application.
Where can I find more information and start the process?
