All of our physicians are board-certified in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, and they are supported by a team of experienced and compassionate professionals who are dedicated to helping and caring for you at every step on your path to parenthood.

Jane N. Perkins, MSN, ARNP
  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing from University of Colorado Health Sciences Center

  • Masters degree in Nursing / Nurse Practitioner at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill

  • Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner

  • Inaugural member of Pacific Northwest Fertility

  • Over 20 years of experience in women’s health

  • Member of American Society of Reproductive medicine (ASRM) and Seattle Tacoma Assisted Reproduction Society (STARS)

  • ASRM Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Fertility Nursing

  • Specializes in fertility evaluation, management of donor sperm cycles, assisting couples in use of Clomid/letrozole and injectable gonadtropins to achieve pregnancy, intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycles and fertility preservation for cancer patients

Resa Tucker, MSN, ARNP
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seattle University

  • Board-certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner

  • Over 14 years of experience in infertility and Women’s Health
  • Specializes in fertility evaluation, assisting couples in the use of Clomid/ Letrozole and injectable gonadotropin cycles to achieve pregnancy, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) management, donor sperm cycle management, egg freezing education, recurrent pregnancy loss evaluation, and intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycles
Jennifer Schilling, ARNP

  • Board-certified as a Certified Nurse Midwife

  • Previously worked with the OB/Gyn and Midwifery practice at Group Health in Bellevue as a Certified Nurse-Midwife/ARNP

  • Over 20 years of experience in women’s health and midwifery

  • Joined PNWF in 2014

Rebekah Weaver, ARNP

Our embryologists and laboratory personnel have over 30 years of combined laboratory experience. Cindee and Amin Khabani lead our team of skilled embryologists and laboratory staff.

Cindee Khabani, BS, ELD - Laboratory Director
  • Pacific Lutheran University graduate in Biology & Chemistry

  • Worked over 15 years at Swedish Medical Center Reproductive Technology before co-founding Pacific Northwest Fertility and IVF Specialists in 2005

  • Certified Embryology Laboratory Director from the American Board of Bioanalysis

  • Member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the American Association of Bioanalysts

  • One of the few Embryology Laboratory Directors in the country who works as a “hands on” embryologist

Amin Khabani, BS, ELD - Embryology Laboratory Director
  • University of Washington graduate in Molecular and Cellular Biology

  • Led the University of Washington’s Fertility and Endocrine Center as their Embryology Laboratory Director

  • Served as the start up Embryology Laboratory Director for Seattle Reproductive Medicine, before co-founding Pacific Northwest Fertility and IVF Specialists in 2005

  • Certified Embryology Laboratory Director from the American Board of Bioanalysis

  • Member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the American Association of Bioanalysts

  • Over 20 years of experience in Clinical Embryology

2021 Aneden Gives Grant Cycle with PNWFApply Now for This Years Grant!

Aneden Gives is a non profit foundation that provides grants to patients for fertility care. We believe fertility care should be accessible to all.

Each grant cycle Aneden Gives offers two $7,500 grants and three $5,000 grants to be used for fertility treatment. Funds can be used to cover anything related to fertility care. 

Apply between August 1st - August 31st to be eligible for this grant cycle.
